Every Time I go there I get great service and they always have what I need
Employees are knowledge with fair selection of games for all systems.
I have been calling this location for 3 days with nobody answering the phone. Didn't pick up all day Monday. Tuesday was a snow storm so I can't gripe about that. Wednesday is finally talk to someone at 6:30pm only to find out they can't help me. I am only pissed at the idea that it took 3 days of wearing out my phone to learn this. I was told they only ever have one employee working there at any time. If you are so busy you can't get to the phone all day you can hire someone more employees.
I bought my kids Wii here and the staff was very friendly and helpful. You can bring in games that you no longer play and get either a different game or cash back. They have lots of games, game consoles, and game accessories. They have a rewards program which lets you earn points that your able to redeem for items at the store or from the website. I recommend this place to others.
Always have a great experience shopping here. Tristan has helped me a few times and is very knowledgeable about the products. Not a fan of gamestop but I always have good interactions here
